That is everything Neo-Capital Online can do (the browser, the mobile app, bank feeds we pay for, your team in the books) with one difference Online can't offer: your books still live on your own machine, synced end-to-end encrypted so our servers hold ciphertext and nothing else. Cancel any time; the app and your books stay yours.
Online: nothing to install, nothing up front
The same platform with no license to buy: our servers run the engine and you open it in a browser, from $19/month. It is one account either way, and the account runs in both directions. Subscribe to Online today, buy Desktop later, and your subscription simply drops to the owner's rate for the edition you bought.

Plenty of products hold a feature hostage because it touches somebody else's API. We'd rather hand you the socket: paste a key you own and the feature is simply on, with nothing owed to us and no cap we invented. All of this works on a desktop install that has never subscribed to anything.
Bank feeds
Bring a Plaid developer key, or SimpleFIN for around $15 a year, whichever reaches your bank (a book can run both). Statements import from CSV and PDF either way.
Your own AI
Neo-Capital runs an MCP server on your machine. Point Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Codex CLI at it and ask real questions of your books on the subscription you already pay for, and nothing leaves the machine to do it.
Sending email
Add your own Resend API key and invoices, reminders and statements go out under your business name, with replies coming back to you. Their free tier covers an ordinary month of invoicing.
Every commerce connector
Shopify, Stripe, Square, PayPal and Gusto all take credentials you already have. None of them is gated, priced or throttled by us.
You use two computers
A desktop and a laptop, or the office and home. Without Connected those are two unrelated sets of books that both think they're right.
Somebody else touches the books
A bookkeeper, a partner, a crew logging hours from a phone. Five roles decide who may post entries, who may close a period, and who may only look.
